Bookings & down payments

Reserving a slot holds it for the time shown. A down payment confirms your slot; the balance is paid at the venue. Unpaid holds expire automatically and the slot is released to the waitlist. For cancellations and refunds, message us — we'll do our best, especially for weather or health reasons.

Rewards

Stamps are added when a host checks you in. Vouchers and tier discounts don't stack (the better one applies), have expiry dates, and have no cash value.

Community rules — zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post harassment, hate speech, sexual or violent content, spam, or anything illegal, and only share photos you have the right to share and that the people in them are comfortable with.

You can report any post, photo, review or profile and block any user from the flag icon next to it. Blocked users' content is hidden from you. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours, removes content that breaks these rules and suspends or removes the accounts responsible.

Orders & commissions

Requests are quotes, not purchases, until we confirm details and payment with you.
