Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Gawang Diwa (“we”) handles your information on platform.gawangdiwa.com and the Gawang Diwa iOS app.

What we collect

• Account details: email address, name, and optional username, city, bio, Instagram handle, favourite medium and profile photo.
• Bookings: events you register for, attendance/check-in, price, discounts, down-payment status, payment reference numbers and payment screenshots you upload.
• Community content: group photos, event-wall posts, feedback and ratings, favourites, follows, event ideas and votes.
• Requests: private session, commission and order details, including the contact number or handle you provide.
• Rewards: loyalty stamps, vouchers, badges and referrals.

We do not track you across other apps or websites, show third-party ads, or sell your data.

How we use it

To run your bookings and tickets, confirm payments, send workshop reminders, show you to fellow attendees of the same events (name, photo and badges only), award rewards, and respond to your requests.

Who can see what

• Other signed-in members can see your name, photo, bio, badges and the sessions you attended, plus content you post publicly.
• Ticket codes, payment details and screenshots are visible only to you, the event host and Gawang Diwa admins.

Service providers

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) and the website is hosted on Netlify. Reminder emails may be sent through an email delivery provider. Payments are made directly by you to our listed GCash/Maya/bank accounts; we don't process cards.

On your device

The iOS app stores your sign-in session, and schedules local reminder notifications and optional calendar entries only with your permission.

Your choices

• Edit your profile any time in Profile.
• Delete your account in Profile → Delete account (web and app). This permanently removes your profile, bookings, rewards, photos, posts, feedback and requests.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Basic accounting records of paid events may be kept as required by Philippine law.

Children

The platform is intended for users 13 and older; minors should book with a parent or guardian.
